Tension rings are the new trend in classy but modern engagement rings. Instead of a clasp or prong holding your gem in place, the sheer tension of the ring's band holds the stone steady. Make sure your tension ring fits you perfectly, because, due to the physics of a tension ring, you will never be able to get the ring resized without destroying the band.
